Online appointment booking is handled by our own booking system on this website. The contact details you provide (name, email, phone) and the selected appointment are stored in our database. Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance).
4. Cookies
This website uses only technically necessary cookies required to operate the website. No tracking or advertising cookies are used. The analytics software used for web analytics (see section 5) operates entirely without cookies. A consent banner is therefore not required.
5. Web Analytics
To analyse the use of our website statistically, we use Plausible Analytics, a self-hosted analytics tool (analytics.martini.digital). Plausible operates entirely without cookies and does not collect any personal data: no device or personal identifiers are stored, and no cross-site tracking takes place. Analysis is carried out exclusively in aggregated and anonymous form. No consent is required for this.
6. Error Monitoring
To detect and fix technical errors, we use Sentry. In the event of an error, technical information (e.g. error message, browser type, page visited) is recorded. Personal data such as email or IP address is not transmitted and is removed before sending. This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest).
7. Hosting
This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany. Cloudflare is used as CDN and DNS provider.
